Founder and Principal

Bruce Molloy

Bruce Molloy is a builder, operator and investor with a career spanning founder, CEO and board roles — and more than twenty-five years of applying artificial intelligence to problems where the people relying on the result cannot afford to be wrong.

He founded the Molloy Group, a knowledge-powered customer-relationship and help-desk software company whose products ran on the Cognitive Processor, a neural-network technology he invented and patented. Clients included Hewlett-Packard, T-Mobile and the U.S. Department of Defense. The Molloy Group merged with ServiceWare Technologies, and the combined company completed its Nasdaq initial public offering.

As CEO of Connotate Technologies, a Rutgers University spin-out that used AI to extract financial content from the web at scale, he took the company from pre-revenue to a leading position in its market, serving Bloomberg, Dow Jones, Reuters and Capital IQ.

Most recently, at Dave Cantin Group, he built Jump IQ, an AI-driven market-intelligence platform, leading a combined onshore and offshore team of engineers, data scientists and designers from a spreadsheet model to a production platform.

He has advised companies on fundraising and M&A, serves on several boards, has written for Forbes, authored Artificial Intelligence in M&A, Venture Capital and Private Equity, and has lectured on AI at Stevens Institute of Technology. He graduated from Columbia University in physics and music.

The bench

Partners and advisors

Kinetic Agentic works with a seated bench of partners and advisors whose experience mirrors what a well-built company and product need most: enterprise-software scaling and public-market execution; data platforms for the financial-services and alternative-investment world; corporate, M&A and technology law; go-to-market and demand generation; commercialization of hard science; and engineering delivery. They are introduced to a client as the work requires, under a single Kinetic Agentic engagement.

Confidentiality and security

Handled as the client's

Client information is treated as the client's, under written confidentiality from the first conversation. No client data is used to train any model. Access, logging and environment controls are set to match the sensitivity of the work — a single advisory engagement and a production system handling client records call for different measures, and we apply the right ones rather than the same ones. Where a system warrants it, it is built and hosted in an independently attested environment selected with the client. A client manager reviews anything AI-assisted before it reaches the client's own customers.
